Yes Kev I’m sure we’ll find a boat for Alison.

(Monday Morning) quick look at the long range weather at Bradwell.

Saturday Outlook: Dry and brisk.
06:00 Temp 7c / feels like 4c, Wind: WSW 9 to 17Kn Force 4 - touching F5
12:00 Temp 8c / feels like 5c, Wind: WSW 10 to 19Kn F4 to F5
18:00 Temp 7c / feels like 4c, Wind: WSW 9 to 17Kn F4 to F5

Sunday Outlook: Overnight rain, Wind strengthening. 40% chance of rain.
06:00 Temp 9c / feels like 6c, Wind: SW 14 to 25Kn F4 to F6
09:00 Temp 9c / feels like 6c, Wind: SW 15 to 27Kn F4 to High F6
12:00 Temp 10c/feels like 6c, Wind: SW 16 to 30Kn High F4 to F7

These winds could hold the neep tide back on Sunday morning and give us a mud walk.

Best we keep an eye on this. This could be a problem, we may need to get some cars to Bradwell for Sunday morning or even cancel, lets see.

Well. Sadly F4 is my limit and I know that so sadly I'm out. Kev, my cappella will be available if you think it's ok for Alison's needs and I can be available for a rescue shuttle from Bradwell on Sunday if that's any help. I can take boats and kit back to Heybridge.

Kevin, she can use my Delphin if you're still looking.

Thank you for the offer Jacquie it could be a problem for us all if the weather stays as forecast. I'm not sure what the plan will be at the moment but will keep you in mind if it all goes Pete Toung.

Thank you

Up-Date: Due to weather conditions it's been decided to do a car shuttle on Saturday morning to get cars to Bradwell so we can cut short the return journey. Suggest we meet at the basin at 07:00 unload and pack boats, leave at 07:30 to shuttle cars to Bradwell, back to Heybridge for 8:30-8:45 on the water!

On Sunday when we are finished, perhaps breakfast in the pub?

Thanks All for a great trip, the weather out to Bradwell was ....... just not happening, the campsite was well heated & the food just what I expected 😀 the company very entertaining along with the magic fire. Alison & I had a great night paddle back before the wind really set in & back home in time for a nightcap 😛
Thanks to Barry for organising the trip, camp site, art show & fire wood, thanks to Liz for leading us all there safe & sound.
Looking forward to the next trip 🙂
