If your First aid Course is about to expire, or if you need it for a pre-requisite for a qualification you intend to study for. However, even if you are not taking any paddling qualifications, first aid is a useful (some would say essential) life skill if you want to learn how to look after your family, friends, or fellow paddlers until professional help arrives in an emergency situation.
