White Water Safety and Rescue Course (Tryweryn, North Wales)
This course is now fully booked. An essential course for those wishing to progress their white water abilities. Cost £65 plus £30 river fees. Bunkhouse, Food and Travel costs are extra. Car sharing is highly recommended to reduce costs.

Friday evening Paddle
Meeting at Hoe mill at 18:00 On the water 18:30 for a bit of play on the out flow in the Hoe mill backwater, then up to Rushes and back. Then a drink / debrief in the pub as usual.
