First Friday evening paddle
Hoe mill to Rushes for the first one but Keep an eye out on the Messenger. Normally meet at 18:00 to get on the water for 18:30 we’re off the water around dusk and then nip to the pub after. (we finish when we finish)

White Water Safety and Rescue Course (Tryweryn, North Wales)
This course is now fully booked. An essential course for those wishing to progress their white water abilities. Cost £65 plus £30 river fees. Bunkhouse, Food and Travel costs are extra. Car sharing is highly recommended to reduce costs.
